Acquired a 10 unit apartment complex worth $675k, “Peppermint Drive” in Modesto, with initial seed money of $400k from eight founding investors.

2014

Acquired a 49 unit apartment complex worth $2.3 million, “TrailRidge Apartments” in Galt, Sacramento, CA.

2016

Acquired a 106 unit apartment complex worth $6.8 million “Cedar Creek apartments” in Fresno, CA.

2017

Approved a plan to add additional 14 units to “TrailRidge Apartments” in Galt, Sacramento.

2019

Sold “Cedar Creek” apartments in Fresno, CA, for $8.25 million

Purchased “Turlock Imaging” commercial complex for $6.9 million in Turlock, CA.

2019

Purchased Commercial complex for 1.2M in Salida, CA.

2019

Purchased East Ave for $2.8 million in Turlock, CA.

2022

Sold commercial complex for $1.6M in Salida, CA.

Purchased 36  unit apartment complex worth $8.5 million in Turlock, CA.

Sold the "Peppermint Drive" property in Modesto for $1.95M in April.
